Healing with Creativity

Where Dreams and Heart Whispers Find Wings

Does traditional talk therapy leave you feeling stuck, tongue-tied,
or craving a different way to create meaning and healing in your life?

Do you want to sit and talk? We can sit and talk. Do you want to be busy while we talk, and feel like your energy is going to be constructive? Do you want to learn to be the protagonist in your story?

I am so excited to show you a different way to heal and thrive that can feel nourishing, fun, and liberating, and you don’t even need a creative bone in your body!

Sometimes it’s through drawing a line or making a mark – splashing paint across a canvas – with no attachment to the outcome or product that can bring us peace.

This is a way to teach yourself self care and expression, and ways to create the meaning you were never able to find or make. Creative sparks that happen in therapy can help you challenge the norms and pain you’re feeling in a safe way. Creative therapy can help you externalize and give you something tangible to let go of or hold on to so you can witness yourself in a way that helps you feel seen or known.
And sometimes that line or mark or splash of paint creates a shift in experience as we release old wounds, regret, or the idea that things should be some other way. This new freedom is what we are after.

This is the playground where you get to give voice to everything you didn’t think
you could speak.

Let’s combine the best of talk therapy & creativity and I will teach you how to “Create to Nourish” you and your life.

Healing with Creativity is for you if…

  • You are finally ready to learn how to heal and thrive, and you know that cultivating a creative practice is the next step.

  • You believe you don’t have “a creative bone” in your body, but you are ready to defy your inner critic, release your sequestered self, and claim your voice.

  • You need a safe, uncensored outlet for the wise, wild woman within. She has been a “good girl” long enough.

  • The overwhelm of your life leaves you feeling bone-tired and scattered. You know that “working with your hands” fills you with an unspeakable joy that you can no longer deny yourself.

  • You crave a juicer, a more tangible connection with your Soul, and with your inner life.

  • You long to weave more creativity into your every day for more purpose, meaning, and magic.

Even If you are feeling stuck I will teach you
how to take your troubles “to the canvas”
to create a relieving shift!
